Make Your Own Web Page Free

Steps

1. There are various sites that allow you to create webpage at no cost. One of the most popular sites that you can go for is sites.google.com. It is a widely used site and hence is the best option for creating your own webpage here.
2. As you open the site, you will be asked to fill certain information about your site. The very first box will ask you about your site name. Fill in the space with a name that you want for your website.
3. Next is the URL box. You may fill this box either with your site name or you may go for something different.
4. Below the URL box is the site description box which is optional. You may fill it with a brief description of your site or simply leave it empty.
   
5. As you roll down the page, you will find ‘mature content’ and ‘share with’ options. Mature content asks about your target audience, whether it’s meant for all aged-people or it’s suitable for adults only. Depending upon the web content, fill in the space Furthermore, the ‘share with’ option asks you whether you want your site to be public or private i.e. restricted to specific persons. Fill it up the space as per your requirement.
6. Once you fill all the above spaces, you will have to select a particular theme for your web page. Various options are available there; you may select any one of them that suits you.
7. At the lowest end of the page you will be asked to type a code which is already there. Now click to create the site. As you click, you will move to the next page, where you will be asked to create the webpage.
8. Here you are required to create a home page that will be displayed when your site will be opened. You will find an edit page option at the right top of the page. As you click this option you will be offered the space to design your page.
9. At the left top you will find various options that will help you to design and conceptualize your page like insert, format, table and layout options. Go to these options and you will find all the necessary details that you may need for your web design and content.
10. Once done with it, save it. The URL you get is the link of your site.
11. If you want to create more pages there is also an option of create page. You can create more pages in the similar way as you created the home page.
