How to Use Lemon for Natural Skin Care and Beauty Treatment
Lemons are used by people from long back for skin care and other beauty treatment as it contains vitamin C. This nutrient is required by the body to keep the skin from getting damaged. It also protects damaged skin helps in rejuvenation of skin.
- You can mix lemon with aloe vera juice to get cooling cleansers or toners.
- You can apply lemon juice diluted with water to get rid of bad odor from armpits and feet.
- Lemon juice extracts can be mixed with essential oils to get lemon essential oils which can calm your senses and also make your spirits rise. You need to make sure that you do use this oil in the day time – to get more energy and not at the time of taking rest.

- If you want to get a better skin tone – make a pack with lemon in milk and then add almond or dried peel from orange. Make a paste of these ingredients and then apply on face and hands and then scrub a little and remove the pack. If you can repeat this for a few weeks – you will soon get a sparkling skin tone.
- You can bleach your skin by adding lemon with same proportion of tomato juice and mix this with some milk. You can apply this on the place that you have most dark tan or on the place that has sun burn and let it dry for about 30 minutes. Wash off with lukewarm water.
