How to Upload Multiple Pictures to Facebook

Facebook offer a classic platform to a large number of registered users to share their images and video clips along with current statuses. Once you upload the content to your wall, the same will appear on the home page of all the contacts forming a part of your friends list. A user has options to upload the photos individually to Facebook or upload a set of photos to form a single album. You can upload the images to form an album, if those share some common feature like location, time, event, or activity. But if the multiple pictures are not related to each other the same can be uploaded to Facebook individually.

Uploading the Pictures Individually

Open the official website of Facebook on a web browser and log in using your email address and password. Now you will be taken to your home page. On the top of the home page, you can see options to share Status, Photo, Link and Video. Click on the hyperlink labeled as Photo.
Click on the Upload a Photo link from your derive to upload the images individually to be posted on your wall and to be shared with your friends.
Now you can see a form asking you to “Select an image file on your computer”. Click on the Browse button to select the individual images to be uploaded. You will be shown with a dialog box that will allow you to select the image from its current location on your local computer.
After uploading the image, you can enter a small description or explanation about the uploaded image. Enter the information inside the textbox showing the line, ‘Say something about this photo…’.
Click on the Share button appearing at the end of the form to finish the image upload and get it shared on Facebook.
You can follow the entire process repeatedly to upload multiple pictures to Facebook.

Creating an Album with Multiple Pictures

Open the official website of Facebook on a web browser and log in using your email address and password. Now you will be taken to your home page. On the top of the home page, you can see options to share Status, Photo, Link and Video. Click on the hyperlink labeled as Photo.
Click on the Create an Album with many photos link to upload multiple images sharing some common feature. You can see an uploading tip mentioning, “You can select multiple photos in the dialog by holding the ‘ctrl’ key down while clicking on the photos.” Click on the Select Photos button.
Now you can see a dialog box, which you can use to upload a set of images to form an album. Select the images and click on the Open button to upload those to Facebook.
You will be shown with a form asking you to enter details about the created album including the Name of the Album, Location, and Quality (standard or HD). The form also has option to choose the sharing option. Click on the Create Album button to post the images on Facebook under a single album.
