So, learn this hair removal technique and save your money that you spend on saloons.
Instructions
- Take a 2 feet or 24-inch piece of sewing thread and tie the two ends together. This will form a circle of thread with the help of which you will remove the unwanted hair.
- Hold the circle of thread with both the hands, twist it a little in the middle and wind the thread about 8 to10 times. The winded portion of thread will lie a bit in the centre of the thread circle.
- Now place the thread around the fingers of both hands and carefully push the winded portion of the thread towards one hand. This should be done by widening the fingers of one hand and simultaneously closing the fingers of the other. This step is tricky and hence requires practice. Continue pushing the wounded part
back and forth until you master the process. - Once you are comfortable with the pushing and pulling technique (the most important part of threading), you can move to the next step which is the actual threading on the required body part.
- It is always advisable to start the threading process on the portions that are less sensitive. Hence, avoid areas like eyebrows, upper lips or other facial hair. Try threading your leg first to get an idea of how good you are at it.
- Before you start the actual process, make your self comfortable on a bed or on a chair and identify the portion of leg you want to thread. Now place the thread on that portion and make sure that the thread surrounds the hair completely.
- Now with both parts of the thread in both your hands, start the threading process. Carefully move the wound up part back and forth against the hairs. While doing so make sure you actually catch the hairs with the thread. The process will remove the hair directly from its root.
- Once you are done with the legs hair you can move on to other areas such as the eyebrows or upper lip.
