In the game of Ante every player in the game needs to deposit a fixed amount of money at the starting of the game. This value is generally predetermined and this is not taken as a bet. It’s just a way of starting the game. The second type is the Blind. In the Blind type the player are forced to place a bet before watching the cards that will determine their destiny. The “Big Blind” involves betting the total amount of money decided at the beginning of the game and the other “Small Blind” consists of betting money equivalent to one-third or half of the Big Blind.
Step # 2: Now that you are well acquainted with the petty fundamentals of the game, it’s time to roll on to some action part. The two players to the left of the dealer place the Blind Bets. The player just near to the dealer then places the small blind bet.
Step # 3: Each player is given a set of two cards that he calls as his luck cards. These two cards will at last determine their luck. These two cards are called holes or pocket cards.
Step # 4: The first chance of the betting is given to the person who places the largest of the bets. The person can bet, raise or fold the cards. The process of betting continues on round the table in clockwise direction.
Step # 5: After the series of betting is over only three cards remain at last. These cards are called the flop. A fourth card called the turn is kept face up with the players. Then another round of betting takes place.
Step # 6: At last the final card left is dealt with. It is called the River. Then the players raise their final five cards and the one with best five combinations win on the board.
