How to Paint Water
Colors give the realistic and appealing look to any sketch or a drawing. You can even make your own choice of using water colors, sketch pens, crayons or even oil paints for filling more life to a drawing or an art work. Every one amongst us has some interest to paint and make their creative come alive on a drawing paper. The innovative ideas and the talents that can be brought into the light are just through drawing or painting. This is because there lays no jurisdictions or any prohibitions at least in this field of creation and expressing your feelings adding colors to your sketch or art.
Often it is seen in a gallery or art or some magazines that many artists made exceptional drawings with just a simple theme and subject like the sky, water, trees, fire etc. In here we make an effort to put some notable points which can come useful while creating a painting on water: -

For the splashing effects use can even use a light silver paint or even off white for the droplets that it will create after hitting the rocks.

- The selection of the type of painting brush, soft and clean cloth for rubbing undesired marks depends on what effects you like to put in your drawing. Normally a thin brush is used for the contrasting effects like whirlpools and splashing of water droplets. Whereas, a relatively, thicker brush is used for the free falling effects from top hill or an easy flow along the shore.
