Begin by creating your sticker designs in a design/drawing program like the Photoshop or Microsoft paint. You have the freedom of making the stickers in any size, color scheme or design. However you just have to keep in mind that the sticker size should not extend beyond 8 ½ by 11 inches. This size is considered as the standard size for clear sticker paper.
Use the design program to open a 8 ½ by 11 inch canvas wherein you have to organize small designs of the sticker so that they can be printed together in a single sheet. This will enable you to prevent the wear and tear of the sheet as it has to run through the printer only once.
Now position a sheet of clear sticker paper in a printer. Printer can be a standard black and white or a colored one. You have to then go to the “file” menu in the design program that you are working on, and then select “print” from there. This will help in printing the designs onto the sticker paper.
Now you have to leave the paper to dry off properly. Remember that clear sticker papers have glossy finish and therefore it takes more time for the ink to dry on it than on a standard printer paper.

For the purpose of making tape stickers you can use any printed image of your choice which is either black and white or color in nature. Tape stickers are created with the help of cellophane tape.
Start by cutting out a piece of cellophane tape that is a bit larger than the size of your chosen picture. Now you have to place the picture face up on your work surface. After doing so you have to cover the image with tape. Make sure to rub your thumb over the tape so that you do not have any bubbles.
This tape covered image has to be placed now in a bowl of water. You have to allow the picture to soak up completely so that the picture softens and comes apart.
You have to now slowly rub your thumb over the picture on the tape so that the wet picture gets removed. Allow the tape to dry for sometime. You can also use a hair dryer for fastening the process.
This tape sticker can now be attached to anything on which you can use a normal sticker. Incase t doesn’t have enough of sticking ability then you can use some clear glue for enabling a strong hold.
