Make filling

Put frying pan in to stove and add some oil in it. Add green chilies, spices, coriander powder in it. Stir and mix. Wait until the spice looks a little brown. Then add vegetables like beans, carrots, and green peas in it. Mix well the spicy vegetables with boil potato and let it cool for some time. Add a pinch of sugar for a better taste.

Give triangle shape

Give a good and triangle shape to the samosa. Make small round balls from the dough. Stretch it away in a long shape. Then fold it cutting the edge of one side. Fold and joint the cutting edge with another edge of the samasa. There will be a empty triangle look over the middle of the samosa. Fill that area with vegetable fillings that is already making before. Press some water in edges of samosa cover to hold it tight.

Deep fry the samosa

Deep-fry the filled samosa for some time. Make it in simmer as it may create bad flavor if little burns. So be careful while frying it and ensure that it looks brown and not burned while frying over. Drain excess oil by putting it in a tissue paper. This works like a magic and absorbs surplus oil from it. People are health conscious and want to take less oily food these days. So make it a little less oily and serve hot with some tomato or chili sauce.
