The method of making a sponge bob cake can be made easier and simpler by following the step by step guide given below:

First of all, you have to bake the cake by following the package instructions. This cake can be baked the 9 by 13 inch cake pan mentioned in the list above. Make sure that the cake has completely cooled off before you remove it from the cake pan.
Use the foil covered cake board. Place the cake over this cake board. Take a bowl and put in it around half of the white frosting and the yellow food coloring. You have to keep in mind that sponge bob is a bright yellow character and so mix the white frosting and yellow coloring till you get that particular shade.
The top portion of the cake i.e. around 2/3 of the cake has to be covered with the yellow frosting. This will be preparing the sponge bob’s head.
