How to Make Pickle Okra

Ingredients
- Young , small, medium, okra pods
- Dried chilies
- Mustard seeds
- Fresh dills
- Whole clove and garlic

- White wine
- Olive oil

Instructions
- Wash the okra properly with adequate water. Trim the stem. Place some chili, mustard seeds; dill, clove, garlic, and peppercorn, in the bottle of each sterilize pint-canning jars. Distribute okra in equal size to the jars. In a medium pan, boil garlic salt, vinegar, and water.
- Bring canner full with some water. Make it simmer. Place the jars in a large pot with water. Water must store in it with these stockpots. Place lids on this large pot and cover to bring a little boil. Make it simmer and remove hot jars in a careful manner.
- Mix the every ingredient and bring to a boil. Then add salt, hot garlic salt, pepper, dill seed, water, pint cider vinegar.
- Once it starts boiling place mixture over the okra in the jars. Tight the jar carefully to avoid any heat exposure. Cover and seal the lid. Keep in a cool and dry place.
- Place it safe in a jar and store in a cool place.
- Use vacuum seal caps always to prevent from any damage.
Some sterilizing tips
