• Butter
• Milk
• Corn starch
• Shredded sharp cheddar cheese
• Cream cheese
• Chili powder
• Hot sauce
• A saucepan
• A whisk
• Nacho toppings (anything of your choice like beans, meat, sour cream, chopped tomatoes, and guacamole)

Instructions

1. For making the nacho cheese with cheddar, you have to start with making the base. The base making at first will also help you in preventing the mess you might make while preparing this dish. Put the saucepan over medium-low heat and add 1 ¾ tablespoons of butter to the pan. Wait till the butter melts slowly and in one tablespoon of corn starch to the melted butter. Once the corn starch is incorporated into the butter, whisk in ½ cup of milk to the incorporated corn starch.

2. After adding the milk, you have to make is cheesy. For making cheesy, add 1 ½ ounces of the coarsely chopped creak cheese to the saucepan and stir the mixture till the cheese melts completely. Once the cheese is melted completely, add one cup of shredded sharp cheddar cheese to the saucepan. Keep stirring the mixture till the cheddar is completely melted and the cheese sauce become smooth.

3. After the cheese is melted fully, you have to add the spices to the mixture. You can add chili powder and hot sauce to the nacho cheese as per your taste. Initially, start with ½ teaspoon full of each chili powder and hot sauce, and gradually work the amount up to your desired taste level. Now the nacho cheese with cheddar is ready to be served.

4. The hot nacho cheese with cheddar can be poured over a place of crisp tortilla chips. You can add some of your favorite toppings like beans, meat, sour cream, chopped tomatoes, and guacamole to the delicious nachos. Even you can add some more amount of hot nacho cheese sauce to the dish before serving.

5. You need to serve the hot nachos as soon as you finish making it. If you will allow the dish to shit for long time, the cheese will become solid and lose flavor in the solidifying process.
