How to Make Kool Aid
Kool aid gives you retreat from hot and sweating temperature, besides providing refreshing ting to your internal body mechanism. Home prepared Kool aid can also be regarded as a cost effective energy drink that is meant to do more good to your body.
However, it is very important to consider here that before you make a yummy and effective kool aid; you should have necessary supplies and ingredients ready with you. The list of needed supplies includes:
- 1-Liter, 2-liter, or 3-liter Bottle. This bottle can be a left over beverage bottle, or you can also buy a brand new bottle for it.
- A pitcher, for preparing Kool aid.
- A Funnel for pouring the kool aid into the bottle.
- Buy a pouch of Kool aid mix, or if you want it every day, buy a Kool aid pack. Kool aid comes in gel form and powder form. Choose the one which is easy to prepare and tasty to drink. The cost of Kool aid pack comes out to be somewhere 30 cent to $1.
- Sugar to add sweetness to the Kool aid. Generally, the pack or pouch of Kool aid doesn’t have artificial sugars in it, and therefore, you need to put extra sugar from outside.
- Measuring Cup is used for scoop purpose, and for measuring the quantity of Kool aid which is to be poured in the tumbler or glass.
- Cold refrigerated water, or get normal tap water and later add ice cubes in it.
If you have all these supplies ready with you, then, you are ready to make first glass of cool and refreshing Kool aid. Here is the step wise preparation Kool aid, which is ready to serve and tasty to drink:
- Arrange and place all the supplies on the table, either in your kitchen, or any other comfortable place. Do not use any uneven surface for making Kool aid; or it will pour out of the container when you are mixing.
- Pour 2 quarts cold water into the pitcher container. You can adjust the quantity of water as per your needs and requirements. If the requirement is for more, you can add more water to the pitcher.
- Next, add cup full of sugar in the pitcher. Remember, this quantity of sugar is only permissible for 2 quarts cold water. If you are increasing the quantity of water, increase the sugar quantity as well. If you are diabetic, use less sugar, or add equal quantity of sugar free preparation.
- Add Kool aid from the pouch or packet in the pitcher, and slowly and gradually mix it, until the mixture is completely ready.
- At last, serve your Kool aid in the glass. The refreshing and healthy drink is ready for serving.
