  1. Take 3 tbsp of butter and melt it in a saucepan. Make sure that the heat is medium. Take ½ cup finely chopped onions and ½ cup finely chopped red bell pepper. Sauté for a few minutes until the onions have become translucent. Take about 1 tbsp finely chopped garlic and sauté again till done.
  2. Now is the time to add the frozen corn. Take two 16 oz bags of frozen corn and add them straight away to the onion mixture. Let the corn lose its frozenness and get cooked for a few minutes while the heat is simmered. You need 1/3 cup of chicken stock and cover and cook. You should be careful with the mixture. If it is too thick then make it more fluid by adding stock little at a time.
  3. You need 1/8th of a nutmeg to add flavor to the preparation. Cook again for some time and pour ½ cup cream at the edges. You can add ½ cup Parmesan cheese and ¼ cup cream cheese too. Add the required amount of salt and 1 tbsp of minced Jalapeno peppers for the seasoning. You can cook for another 5 minutes. Your creamed corn is finally ready to be tasted.
