Instructions

  1. Take a bowl and prepare in it a mix of 15 graham crushed cracker crumbs and melted butter. Press onto bottom of the spring form pan that is greased with some butter.
  2. Now take another bowl and combine 200gms cream cheese with 1 ½ cups of sugar. Mix the ingredients properly until it acquires smooth texture.
  3. Stir in ¾ cup of milk and then add the eggs into the mix. You will need approximately 4 eggs. Go on adding eggs one at a time and continue to blend the mix.
  4. Add 1 cup sour cream, 1 tbsp vanilla and ¼ cup flour to it. Blend all the ingredients once again until smooth.
  5. Now that your filling is ready, pour it over the prepared crust and allow it to bake in the preheated oven (at 350 degrees F) for about 1 hour.
  6. Once the cheese cake is baked, turn the oven off, and allow the cake to cool in oven for nearly 5 to 6 hours.
  7. Place the dish in the refrigerator till serving.

  2. Take a bowl and prepare a mix of chocolate wafer cookies, ¼ cup sugar and ¼ cup melted butter. Press the mix onto the bottom of spring form pan
  3. Beat one cup of whipping cream in a bowl and keep it aside.
  4. Blend nearly 16 oz. softened cream cheese and one tsp. of vanilla extract in an electric mixer until smooth. Go on to add caramel marshmallow mixture prepared above and continue blending.
  5. Add the whipped cream to the above ingredients and gently fold it into the mixture.
  6. Pour the cheesecake mixture over a chocolate cookie crumb crust.
  7. Refrigerate it for few hours before serving.
