Ribbons and rubber bands. You can get small and big rubber bands.
Get some easy to glue and remove gums or tapes.
You can fix the cake’s base on a baby shampoo bottle or a feeding bottle or a beautiful small flask for the mother.
Get a piece of cardboard to make the base of the cake.
Collect some toys and jingles with stars, moons or balls or pacifiers or small and cute articles that you can fix to the cake. Even small baby doll dresses or suits look very good

Here is how you go about making the diaper cake.

Take the cardboard and fix the baby shampoo bottle in the middle.
Now open the diapers from the pack one by one and tie them into rolls and secure them with the rubber bands. Make sure you place the rubber bands just perfectly not too tight or too loose.
Now stick the diapers one by one to the baby shampoo bottle with the tapes.
As you make the circle around the bottle with the diapers, you must secure that with the tape running in the middle of the diapers.
Tie the ribbon on the tape properly and make sure the tape is not visible. Make a perfect bow to tie the ribbon and place it on the cake bottom.
Similarly make another stack and place it on the first one. Similarly tie the ribbon carefully and use tapes to secure the stacks together.
Repeat with the third stack and place it on the cake.
Stick the toys to the cake and place the soft toys in a creative manner.
