It is a good idea to drink water before eating a snack or a meal. This will reduce your hunger and you will eat less. If you do this throughout the day, then you will automatically eat less but without compromising with the fitness of your body.
- Exercising is a must if you want to burn those calories. Strength training should be done in combination with cardiovascular exercises. Doing either of the two will not help much.
