Steps to grill corn on the cob
- Take the fresh corn. Make sure the husks are green and fresh not brownish or rotten.
- Slowly take husk by husk and move it upward towards the stem. Make sure you don’t break them. Once you remove the last layer of the husk, hold them together in a bunch with your hand
- Now remove the silk slowly but carefully. You need to completely remove it. You can even brush it well to make sure nothing is left. Else you may end up having eating those along with the corn and you would not like it for sure.

Take a food brush and dip it properly and brush on the corns. Make sure you cover the complete corn with long and short strokes as required. You need to apply it perfectly so that the butter goes in properly and give the corn perfect barbequed taste.
- Now pull back the husk one by one, covering the corn. You need to thorough pull back the husks you had pulled back.
- Now place the corns by holding them from the stem on medium flame.
- Grill it till the husks are a bit burnt and the corn looks cooked. Don’t worry if a few corn pods look burnt, this would give additional taste.
- Now you can serve delicious buttery corn at your dinner table. If you want you can also take a sharp knife and peel the corns from the stem and serve them in a bowl. But never mind it because, your guest are going to love it with the husks as well.
