5. Now place the item(s) into the washing machine. Wash them just as you wash your other dresses. If you want, you can also hand wash them.
6. Get a washcloth wet that works best with cold water. Heat the iron, keeping it between medium to high setting.
7. Place the cold washcloth over the waxed area and carefully iron over the washcloth. Repeat the process with different portions of the wash cloth. You will notice that your clothing is completely wax-free.

There is another easy method that is often adopted by people to get rid of wax stains from their clothing. Give a careful read to the following instructions and you might just find an effective solution for removing wax from your clothing.

1. Get a paper grocery bag and an iron. Place the wax stained portion on the ironing board.
2. Also place a single layer of paper bag over the wax portion.
3. Now set your iron at medium-high and apply it over the wax spot area. However, make sure to keep the setting low in case of lighter fabric material. You will notice that as the hot iron touches the wax, it will start to melt. It will either stick to the layer of paper bag or it will get absorbed by it.
4. Now carefully lift the paper bag and place another clean section of it over the remaining wax and repeat the process.
5. Continue the process till all the wax is gone.
