  • Rosemary oil
  • Apple cider vinegar
  • Birch sap
  • Lemon
  • Egg yolk

  • Change your shampoo. Some shampoos have a lot of alkaline content in them which upset the Ph balance of your scalp. Also try and use the conditioner only at the ends of your hair. Conditioner has the capability of dulling your hair over a period of time.
  • You can also try this out. Take one egg yolk and mix it with two teaspoons of kerosene and one teaspoon of lemon juice. Apply this mixture on your hair and leave it on for 15 minutes.
  • Wash off with fresh birch sap.
  • Massaging rosemary oil on your scalp everyday can reap fine results for your hair. You can make your own rosemary oil with grape seed oil and keep it in a jar. Allow this jar to sit in the sun for 6 weeks before using it.
  • You can also add a tablespoon of apple cider vinegar to warm water and use it for rinsing your hair. This helps in restoring the lost acid balance of your scalp.
  • Whenever you are shampooing your hair, add a raw egg to your shampoo. It adds shine to your hair.
  • Eat food which is rich in antioxidants, get lots of sleep and exercise regularly.
