If you wish to draw a tiny kitten for your kid but do not how to start, then this tutorial will definitely be of help to you. Following are the instructions that will help you draw a kitten in an easy way.

Instructions

To start with, take some white papers, a pencil, an eraser and if you would like to color your drawing then also keep some crayons, markers or color pencils.
Let’s start the sketch. Firstly, draw two circles, one above the other. Make sure you leave some space between the two circles i.e both circles should not be joined. Keep the circles a bit slanting towards the left side. The top circle should be drawn with its lower potion slightly pointing downwards. While the above circle will form the head, the lower circle will be the body part of the kitten.
Now draw a line extending from both the sides of the top circle and join it with the lower circle. These lines should be curvy and not straight. Also add a tiny thumb-shaped tail emerging out from the right side of lower circle.
Draw two triangular shapes for the ears on the top circle. Make these shapes a bit curvy. Erase the overlapping lines that intersect with the lines forming the ears.
Add three legs to the body structure, since only three legs will be visible. Draw curved rectangular shapes for them. The first leg should be on the left, starting from the side of the top circle and finishing at the middle-left of the lower circle. Draw another leg emerging from the lower circle corresponding to the previous one. These two will form the front legs. The third leg will be a small rectangle just behind the 2nd leg or on the right side of the lower circle.
Now erase all the overlapping lines such that all the features are clear. Draw two small rounded shapes for the eyes in the top circle. Make a curvy, inverted triangle for the nose and emerging from the bottom of this nose draw two slanting lines in opposite directions. Add whiskers by drawing lines extending from the nose portion.
For the mouth part simply draw a crescent shape below the nose.
The main structure of your kitten is done. Now add finishing details to it. Puff up the backside, skinny up the tail, add eyeballs to the eyes, paws to the legs and also fix the ears properly.
Add desired colors to your sketch to make it more attractive.
