Draw the circle exact in the middle of it. Avoid any type of repetition of lines.

Give a final shape

Now give a final change and shape the turbine gently. If want to use outlines you can try it by sides of the turbine. Make every edge deep and prominent. Erase the outlines and make it like more finishing than rough sketch.
