My niece received mp3/4 player and just a few lines of how to came with it. Not enough information at al,for us to work with it. Your information worked great. We had one exception it did not say Music but Audio. we followed your instructions,I have to tell you that it worked!!!! This after 2 weeks of her saying " It don't work ", it is now downloading all her songs...........THANK YOU VERY MUCH!!!!!Liz I just want you to know that this website was a godsend.
