Instructions

Start applying the heavy makeup by sweeping your eyelids and brow bones entirely with eye shadows of a neutral shade. While sweeping the eye shadows, you have to ensure that that all lines between your eye shadow and face skin are hidden completely and not visible. You can get better result by blending the eye shadow well using a round brush.
For the eye lid select a shade with darker and neutral color, and blend the selected shade with the shade applied earlier. You can use a round brush for doing the blending. While applying, start this from the inside portion of your eyelid and move steadily towards the ear.
After applying the shades, use a medium hard eye liner, and apply it on the top eye lid by keeping the line as close as possible to your lash line. Start the lining from the inside of the eye line and move slowly towards the ear. After lining perfectly with the pencil liner, you can use some liquid eye liners to enhance the look. For making the eye liner darker, redo the lining on the line you have already made.
After deepening your eye lines, you can now apply mascara on to of the liners. While applying mascara, apply it closer to the eyeliner shades which you have used recently and also apply a second coat of mascara to make it look heavy. After applying the mascara, allow some time to become completely dry.

After applying the heavy makeup, you have can attend the special occasion for which you are wearing the makeup. While applying the heavy makeup, you have to ensure that no part of the makeup deviates from your natural looks and does not make you look flushed with makeup.
