Log in to face book web site

Log in to the face book website with registered email id and password. Find the resource section and then log in it. Put correct mail id and password. Otherwise it may reject to stay on the page. Remember the original id and password carefully. If someone forgets to do so there are some alternative methods which can be followed.

Click to the sent link in the menu

Press to the sent link which is filled with face book messages received as email. It will look in the menu bar and work as linking messages. All the store messages are linked with it. So it will be accessed if click to the sent link. Save the message until read it. Then delete it to avoid unnecessary problems. The messages which are not important to store for a long time must be linked with deleted messages.

Select the messages want to delete

Select the messages want to delete by putting cross marks in the side. Read each message and decide whether it meant for delete or not. Select one by one and give cross marks to them. Click on the box next to each sent messages want to delete at the same time. If someone feels all messages are unnecessarily fill up the box then click the all button .For remaining all sent messages click none button and it will work to deselect all messages. Sometimes some delete messages stored as draft. So check the above box carefully and delete from the draft section. Drafts are sometimes saved under auto save method. So check it frequently and deactivate the auto save process if not required.

Delete the message

After selecting the messages someone wants to delete click the delete button. All the selected messages will be deleted .The message will be magically disappearing after following the process. Check in the face book page and conform as it is deleted or not. Sometimes clicking some button wrongly in the menu bar it does not function as it is designed like that. So check at least for sometime before going to press the delete button. If accidentally press the figure in delete button press on to undo link. But it can be true in every case. If the undo message is not pressed immediately after deleting the message the messages could not be recovered in any manner. Some time gap can create problem in recovering the deleted message.
