You should use the curler which contains a rounded pad as it makes your curled lashes more natural-looking.

Instructions

Before using the eyelash curler you have to ensure that the instrument is properly cleaned and disinfected. The clean eyelash curler will prevent any dirt from entering your eyes and causing you irritation.
It will be much easier for you to curl your eyelashes if you are using the curler after heating it. Also if your eyelashes are curled with a hot curler, they will remain curlier till the next day. You can heat the curler slightly by using a hair dryer or hot water.
After heating the curler with a hair dryer, blow some air into it for 10 seconds to stop it from being too hot. If the curler is excessive hot let it cool for few seconds before using the instrument to curl your eyelashes. You can also put the eyelash curler in hot water for 10 seconds for normal heating. Also if you can put the curler in hot water, it will not become too hot while using it.
After heating the curler properly, you have to position the instrument around your eyelashes. While positioning the curler you have to ensure that the upper lashes are placed between the two edges of the eyelash curler.
After positioning the curler properly squeeze carefully both edges of the eyelash curler together. While squeezing hold the curler constantly for a few seconds in the same position.
After a few seconds, release the curler gently from your eye lashes. You can repeat the squeezing and releasing the curler if you feel it is required. Before removing the curler ensure that the instrument is opened fully.
After finishing with the curler, look into a mirror and stroke your eyelashes upwards using the tip of a brush. Now apply a light quote of mascara using the wand. Ensure that the wand is not overloaded and use a tissue paper to take some of the mascara off before applying it. Allow the first coat of mascara to dry before applying the second coat of mascara.
After applying the mascara, use a lash comb and comb your curled eyelashes to separate each lash from others. The combing will also remove any excess mascara applied and make your eyelashes look more natural.
