• Pork tenderloin
• 1 tbsp butter
• A can of tomato sauce
• ½ cup of chopped onions
• 3 tbsp of sweet pickle relish
• 1 tsp dried parsley
• 2 tbsp vinegar
• 1 tsp sugar

The method with which we can cook great and tasty pork tenderloin is as given below:

  1. First we need to prepare the pork tenderloin in an appropriate manner. You can do this by first preheating the oven to about 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
  2. Take some bacon strips and arrange them over the pork tenderloin.
  3. Now you shall have to place the pork tenderloin over the small metal rack and then put it in the roasting pan. Do not forget to tuck in the small end under the meat.
  4. Now the pork tenderloin will have to be roasted. When you notice that your oven has reached the desired temperature, you can place the pork tenderloin in the oven and let it roast for about 35 minutes. You can either let this roast for the stipulated time or until an initial temperature of 160 degrees Fahrenheit is achieved.
  5. After the pork tenderloin has properly roasted we can focus our attention towards preparing the sauce.
  6. For making the sauce, you have to melt the butter in a saucepan over low heat.
  7. After the butter has melted completely, you have to add the chopped onions to it. Continue cooking the onions until they become translucent. Make sure that you do not increase the flame while cooking the onions or else they might turn brown.
  8. After the onions have reached a clear look, add the other ingredients to the saucepan like the tomato sauce, relish, parsley, sugar and vinegar.
  9. Stir all of the ingredients properly and allow them to simmer. However here you have to keep in mind that the sauce has to be simmered uncovered. Continue simmering the sauce for about 10 minutes on low heat.
  10. Take the pork tenderloin out of the oven and place it on a cutting board. Let it cool off for 10 minutes before proceeding to slice it. You can also cover it with tin foil while allowing the pork tenderloin to cool off.
  11. Now slice the pork tenderloin into small medallions and place it on serving plates. Pour some amount of the sauce that you have prepared over the pork tenderloin and enjoy this fantastic dish on a wintry afternoon!
