  7. After 15 minutes, take out the gravy from the skillet and pour it over the silverside in the baking pan. Then cover the entire pan with aluminum foil and place it inside the oven.
  8. You need to be a bit patient while the silverside cooks in the oven because it will take around 5 hours to be properly done. After 5 hours, take the pan out from the oven.
  9. Take out the aluminum foil and take a look at the gravy. Keep the silverside aside and pour the gravy out onto the skillet. Heat the gravy until it thickens. If it does not thicken according to your liking then add some flour till you get your desired thickness.
  10. Keep the silverside on a plate and divide into portions. Then pour out the thickened gravy on the silverside and serve.
