How to Cook Salmon

Here is a Salmon recipe that is easy to make and delectable to eat.
Ingredients required
- Salmon
- Garlic paste
- Olive oil
- Minced ginger
- Musovado sugar
- Salt
- Pepper
- Soya sauce
Preparation
- Get a fresh piece of salmon. Make sure to buy the fish with skin still on. Allow nearly 6 ounces of fish per person. Clean the fish properly prior cooking.
- Take a clean bowl and prepare a marinade for the fish. Whisk together minced
ginger, garlic, olive oil, sugar and soy sauce. - Now season the fish with the above prepared mix and place it in a re-sealable plastic zipper bag for some hours.
- Pre heat your grill at 300 to 325 degrees. Add some oil to the grill and sprinkle some salt and pepper to it before placing the salmon. If you want you can also go on to add some mayonnaise to one side before placing the fish on the grill.
- Now place the salmon on the grill and close the cover.
- Allow it to cook for 20 to 25 minutes.
- Your dish is ready. Serve and enjoy!
