  • Some roast beef
  • One roasting pan
  • Oven
  • Meat thermometer

Steps to prepare

  • Remember not to cook the meat immediately after taking out from the freezer. Let it come to normal room temperature before you cook it.
  • Season the meat with salt, pepper and/or garlic.
  • Put the meat in the roasting pan (keep the fatty side up). You can use a shallow pan so that it doesn’t get steamed in the juice that it secretes.
  • Once you find the meat cooked well. Take it out and let it settle for about 15 minutes before you carve or serve it. You can take out the meat just before it reaches the desired temperature as that would ensure that it doesn’t get overly cooked.
  • You can season the beef roast with marinades and rubs.

You can serve the beef roast along with vegetables which make it a whole some and nutritious dinner.
