  • ½ teaspoon sea salt
  • ½ cup flour
  • ¼ teaspoon black pepper
  • 4 cloves of garlic
  • Dried and minced onion flakes
  • Dried parsley flakes
  • 4-6 pound rack of lamb
  • 4 inch deep roasting pan
  • Tin foil to wrap

  1. Place flour, sea salt, black pepper, parsley flakes and dried onion flakes in an empty bread bag. Set aside after mixing the contents of the bag properly. Now you need to peel the cloves of garlic and slice them into half. After doing so, place the slices of garlic inside the meat part of the lamb by puncturing it. Now cover the lamb with flour mixture on the roasting pan or on a plate. The flour will get stuck on the lamb properly as meat has moisture in it.
  2. You need to now place 1-2 inches of cold water at the bottom of the roaster. Preheat the oven at 350 degrees. While it is heating, cover the lamb entirely with two sheets of foil. Remember to put the fat side on the up while placing it in the roasting pan.
  3. You will need to bake the lamb for 30 minutes per pound. The inner part of the lamb also needs checking every 1 ½ hours to ensure that it is not over cooked.
  4. When the meat turns slightly pink in color and the fragrance of it fills your kitchen, you can be sure that it is done!
