  1. First wash the piece of meat properly to ensure it is clean and ready to be cooked. Now roast the lamb until fully cooked. You can either roast the piece in a pan with oil or butter or you can also roast it on a rack in the pan above the water. Once the meat is cooked add mint sauce to it and then serve it with mint potatoes.
  2. Marinate the pieces of lamb in curd, ginger-garlic paste, turmeric and salt. Leave it for an hour. Now fry some chopped onions till they turn brown. Add the marinated lamb and salt and sauté it. After sautéing it for sometime add sliced tomatoes and some green chilies to it. Then let it cook for 30 mins. Once cooked fully, garnish it with coriander leaves.
  3. First coat the pieces of lamb with flour and then fry it in cooking oil, butter or you can also make use of cooking spray. Now to give a lip-smacking flavor to the dish, add some finely chopped vegetables and broths to the frying pan.
  4. You can prepare lamb stew which goes well with chapatti as well as rice. For this, stew lamb pieces with finely chopped potatoes and sliced onions. Now add salt, pepper, and garlic. Layer the ingredients carefully, add water and boil. To make the stew thicker and finer you can also make use of flour.
  5. Lamb soup is one of the items that is not only high on flavor quotient but also is easy to prepare and good for health. For this, you boil the lamb pieces with various vegetables like carrot, beetroot, tomato etc. Later add broth and serve it hot.

For preparing kebab marinate the raw meat on skewers alternated with vegetables of your choice, preferably onions, capsicums, mushrooms and zucchini. Now grill the kebabs on the barbeque until they are fully cooked.
  7. Lamb chops are usually available in most of the good restaurants. But have you ever thought of cooking it at home. It’s easy. Cook the lamb chops in red wine in a frying pan. You can add a little flour to make a red wine sauce. It adds distinct flavor to the dish that is lip-smacking. While cooking the frying pan should be covered to ensure the moisture cooks the item.
