2. Add about 4 tablespoons of soya sauce to the zip lock. This will add a lot of taste to the chicken and will make it soft too.
3. The next step is to add about 4 tablespoons of hoisin sauce again to the chicken drumsticks. This will also work wonders in softening the chicken and increasing the taste.
4. Then comes the time to add 2 cloves of garlic for taste. You can either crush the garlic or pulverize into paste before adding to the chicken.
5. If you have herbs de province or oregano, you can add 1 teaspoon of it to the zip lock. You can be sure that your chicken drumsticks will look and smell wonderful after it is made.
6. Then last but not the least, add salt and pepper to taste. Then mix all the ingredients along with the chicken drumsticks to make a thorough mix. 7. Set the barbecue on medium heat. Heat it sufficiently well so that the chicken can cook well. You can put your hands above the grill and see if you can stand the heat. Don’t keep your hand there for a long time lest you burn yourself.
8. Next, you can retrieve the chicken drumsticks from the zip locks inside the refrigerator and put them on the grill leaving some space in between. It is time to cover the grill and allow the chicken to cook.
