  1. The most important part is choosing the cut of the meat from the numerous choices available for you in the market. A center cut piece of meat is considered as most delicious tasting cut, and also it is easy to serve and slice. It’s worth taking the whole loin with a layer of fat and bones adjacent to the cut.   2. Mix sage, thyme, oregano (1 tbsp each) to 1 tbsp of olive oil. Add ¼ tbsp of black pepper powder and ½ tbsp of salt to the mixture. After that, rub the mixture of spices all over the pork and keep it for some time.
  3. You need a pre-heated oven to roast the pork. Preheat the oven to 500 degrees if you have taken raw roast and 375 degrees if the roast is already browned.
  4. Put a rack in the center of the preheated oven. Place the roast in a roasting pan with the fat side on the top. Then, carefully place the pan on the rack.
  5. Leave the pork to cook for at least 10 minutes before you lower the temperature of the oven to 300 degrees and cook it for another 45 minutes.
  6. Wait till the internal temperature of the oven reaches 155 degrees and then take out the roast. If you can’t measure the temperature, you can cut the roast to check if it is done properly. If there is no pink or translucent meat the roast is ready.
  7. Wrap the pork roast for at least 15 minutes with tin foil before slicing it.
  8. Serve your dear ones with tasty pork roast.
