You can wear it for long and are under no restrictions or conditions of its use like other jewelry pieces. However the longer you use it the dirtier it gets and so you need clean them from time to time. Here are a few tips to help.

Viva beads are made of polymer plastic and hence do not absorb water. So if you want to clean your viva beads you can take them out one piece at a time and rinse them under water.
You can also try to clean your viva beads individually without taking them out of your jewelry set if you want to.
The viva beads of your jewelry sets might have designs curved onto it. Do take care not to rub or scrub them with materials that might leave scratches or damage the designs of the beads.
Use mild detergent or cleaning liquid to clean the viva beads. Put some detergent on a piece of cloth moistened with water. Make sure to drain all the excess water from the cloth.
Take a piece of cloth that is free from lint and is soft, preferably a piece of linen and rinse it with water. Drain away the excess water such that only the moisture remains. Now apply a little drop of detergent or cleaning liquid on to the linen.
Rub the linen in soft flowing swipes over the beads, repeat until the beads are clean, and free from dirt or fingerprints.
Sometimes the beads may be serrated due to the designs on them. To clean these kind of beads you can use a soft tooth brush and cleanse the beads off the dirt that might have gathered in these serrations.
Use mild detergents or soft cleansing liquids that do not corrode the surface of the beads or leave stain on the surface of the beads.
You can also use natural cleansing ingredients such as lemon or vinegar to cleanse your viva beads.
After cleaning with water always rinse the beads with water and wipe them off with a soft linen and leave them to dry under normal conditions before putting them away.

Taking good care will only prolong the life and the luster of your jewelry. Make sure that whenever you wear them you take good care not to expose them to dust and moisture.
