Instead, you need a Fire Red or Leaf Green which will lead you just to the next level.

Then move towards the entrance and you will observe Rocket team’s soldiers chilling out in open. After you get the password to the Rocket’s Warehouse, defeat the enemies approaching you. But if you fail to find the rope, move out on foot.
You will get the location of the Island 6 from the town map. From there you need to proceed to the dotted hole.
