Try to locate the nest

The box should be moistened in paper towel and draped over the top. Young birds need to be kept warm and should feel warm to the touch; you can place a hot water bottle next to them in their box to help. To some extent feathered birds can have their box placed in a warm area like an airing cupboard. Offer tiny bits of warm water in an eye dropper if you feel babies are dehydrated. Take to veterinary hospital

If you realize, the bird is injured, and needs your assistance, take to some near by veterinary hospitals. Treat them as they are orphan and could not complete their own task. You have to stretch your helping hand and understand the problem. If still, there is no improvement, leave them in their way. Handle with care
