Then you can blow dry your hair so that it has no moisture. You have to make sure the dryer is not used for too long to dry up your hair. Check that your hair is little moist and fluffy – if not then you can use your hands to tousle your hair a bit to get the style and shape.
The wax that you choose must depend on the length of your hair and how long you want to keep the styling on. If you want a style that will hold long – you have to get a wax with greater numbering. The Softer waxes will have lower or lesser number than one that will last longer.
If you have short hair you can create spikes. Taking a scoop of the wax on your hands and rub them together to melt it. Then run your fingers through your hair and form spikes. Let the hair dry naturally after applying the wax.
The long hair can be plaited into small braids and then styled by the wax to hold the rows. This time you will have to apply more wax – depending on the thickness and length of your hair. If you see it is still limp after drying – you can reapply the wax to style it to your liking.
You can rub some wax on the tips of your fingers and then apply them on the hair – mainly the tips. You can get the unruly hair in control this way.
Sometimes you may want a cool formal look and then you can brush back your hair and then apply the wax after rubbing them on your palms. Push the hair back to get the neat set of hair on your head.

The styling depends on each ones own perspective but one thing that you need to do is to get an idea of the wax you may need for the styling. Initially you have to wait till you hair is dry after waxing and then check if the hardness is correct. If not then you can re-apply to get the right curls and it will stay till you have the wax on.
