The base behind a person getting is a mere clean concept that relates to the lack in confidence. To be nervous when there is almost no necessity is something termed as a phobia. There are different stages as to why a person gets nervous. But undoubtedly, it would be wise enough to incur the actual reason behind a cause of getting nervous. On realization of the cause we can easily overcome our fear which should never be a part of any individual’s weakness.

Getting nervous when one finds a few girls around

Many of us especially the teenage boys tend to get nervous while they have to even cross a group of girls gazing at him. It is even found that they tend to bow their heads while moving across them. Some even tries to have a detail check of his dress code including the hairstyle. They develop this fear with no relevant cause on a realistic basis. Even when asked about the reason they tend to come out with replies that can be easily ignored and eliminated. Such people should avoid reacting if any girl from the group passes a comment on him if not with a smile than at least with some casual look on the subject.

Being nervous while giving a speech

This is a very common example when we find one to be nervous in front of a crowd or audience. It is very noted that at times the person in nervousness tend to stammer while delivering the speech or instead he starts to repeat the words every now and then. The simple cause behind such an instance is they tend to think that they will not be able to reply if anyone from the audience asks a query based on what he is delivering in his speech. They start taking unnecessary tensions about the consequences which might never occur even. To overcome such a nervousness one can try to stay as calm as possible and prepare on the subject over which a speech has to be delivered.

To be nervous while facing an interview

A job is what everyone in some phase of his life try to seek to establish their life on a professional note. But most of the candidates tend to be very nervous while facing an interview. Wiping the swear, rubbing the hands, taking a sip from the glass of water kept in front etc are common sign that we can see in such an instance. These candidates even forget their normal way of conversation while replying to the interviewer. Even if they are well prepared still they make mistakes or give incorrect replies to the questions incurred to them. Such nervousness can be effectively tackled with a little self confidence. If the interviewee try to stay relax and maintain his self-belief he can surely reply and get a good job.

There are a lot more instances or occasions where a person gets nervous but these mentioned are frequently notable ones. In one simple approach all such nervousness can be kept aside from one’s life is just by gaining self assurance and with a little control over the impractical notions that they carry.
