Exercises to Get Rid of Love Handles
Love handles are the popular name for those extra fats on the sides of your abdomen that you long to get rid of. Stand straight with at least 1 foot gap between your feet with your arms folded closed to your body. Hold two dumbbells or two bottles of water in each hand. Make sure your legs are firm and waist flexed to support your body while bending sidewise. Bend to your left from your waist with your right hand extending to left. Return to the original position and do the same with other side of the body. Repeat the exercise several times. - Standing trunk twist is an effective aerobic-style exercise that burns extra calories from the waist and also reduces love handles. Stand with your feet shoulder-width apart and knees relaxed. Twist your body to your left with your legs and hips in their original positions. When you twist to left, take your right arm towards left in a punching motion keeping it parallel with the ground. Come back to the original position. Again, twist your body to right and this time with your left arm in the punching motion, parallel to the ground. Repeat the exercise at least 30 times in the beginning and gradually increase the number.

Lie down on your stomach on a flat surface with your head slightly lifted and your face above the ground. Put your arms parallel to your body with palms upward. Lift the leg and knee off the floor and rapidly flutter your leg back and forth. Put your leg down after around 20 seconds. Do the same with the other leg. This exercise reduces fat on your back along with burning the fats from love handles. Take rest between two sets of exercises. - Lie on your back with your knees bend and your feet on the ground. Cross your fingers behind your head with your elbows towards the sides. Carefully lift your head from the ground putting stress on the lower abdomen. Twist your body towards left and simultaneously lift your left knee so that your right elbow touches your left knee. Come back to the original position. Do the same with the other side of your body and touch your left elbow with right knee. Repeat the exercise for 20-30 times per day.
