You will have to check for the details in the options that are available besides every contact. There might be options like ‘never show’ ‘block’ or ‘block the contact’ or ‘block friend’. These might the options showing on the friends details. Once blocked the particular email contact will not show or be able to send you mails or messages. Some websites have unblocking as an option while other may need you to add the contact again if you want the blocked email contact to be unblocked.
