You will be required to fill up a registration form by submitting information like your first name, last name, email address, password, phone number, and residence address, level of education, and program of interest.
  • Click on the “Register Now” button to create your account on CareerBuilder. Now log in to the employment website using your login credentials, i.e., email address and password. If you are an existing user, you can skip the registration process and directly sign in to CareerBuilder using the email address and password selected at the time of registration.
  • Click on the “Find Jobs” tab and select relevant information like keywords, locations, industry, job category, degree, employment type and range of expected salary. Now click on the “Find Jobs” button to start the job search based on your selected criteria. Alternately, you can initiate the job search by entering the relevant keywords and locations in the textboxes appearing on top of the screen next to the label “Search”. Click on the “Find Jobs” button to start the job search based the keywords and locations entered by you as criteria.
  • Now you can see a list of current job opening matching with the search criteria entered by you. You have to scroll down to the end of the page to view the available job openings. Click on the individual job title to view the details associated with the specific job opening. To save the individual jobs as a contact and add to your CareerBuilder account, click on the “Save It” link appearing on the job description page. The jobs will be saved and added as contacts to your CareerBuilder profile.
  • The saved job openings can be viewed by you in future by clicking on the “My CareerBuilder” tab. Once you save the jobs as contacts, you can apply for these openings on the same date or login after a few days to apply for the jobs selected and added earlier as to contacts to your CareerBuilder account.
