  4. The body of the job application letter has to be unique. The length of the letter can stretch to two pages at the maximum but it is better to be as short as possible because no one has the patience to read long letters. You should refrain from rambling. And each paragraph should have a particular topic to write about and should keep the reader involved.
  5. In the last concluding paragraph, you can write about the type of response you are expecting. It may be an e-mail or a letter also.
  6. The level of formality will decide how you should end the letter. It should be aligned on the right side of the letter and should stick to “Regards” or “Respectfully” followed by your name. Your name should then be printed after your signature.
  7. You can write your address on the front of the envelope at the upper left hand corner. The recipient’s address must be typed in the middle of the front of the envelope. Fold your letter so that it fits the envelope properly. Apply the stamps and then seal and send off the letter in the post.
